This two-week class prepares you for entry-level banking positions.

While there is no internship with this program, a first interview with an employer is guaranteed upon successful completion of the class.

Soft skills, computer training, effective resume, internet job search, answers for a tough job interview, effective workplace communication, professionalism, diversity in the workplace.

Monday - Friday 1pm – 4pm

$200 upon graduation

How to apply: 

Complete an application in person M–F, between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the PPL Learning Center.
Attend an Information Session, held every other Monday at 9:00 AM. (No appointment required – call the Learning Center at 612-455-5300 to find out which Mondays).
Complete the Test of Adult Education with a score at or above the sixth grade level.
Pass career specific tests, such as a 10-key typing test or a nursing assistant assessment.
Interview with staff, and pass background and reference checks.
