Education for Life

Education for Life is a unique type of employment training for individuals who are HIV-positive. Compassionate, knowledgeable staff members assist you with your concerns regarding returning to work. EFL offers participants the chance to explore what people living with HIV-AIDS might experience on-the-job, and allows you to decide whether work is right for you.

Fellow classmates are experiencing circumstances similar to yours; this is an opportunity to discuss pertinent issues with peers.

No “choice pushing.” EFL is a non-judgmental, caring environment. Staff will not force you to make decisions regarding your return to work that you aren’t ready to make.

  • Update your work skills as you explore new careers and education possibilities.
  • Focus on your skills and abilities in a private, confidential and fun learning environment.
