PPL develops and sustains quality, affordable housing for lower-income families and individuals through new construction, renovation, and management.

PPL Housing Development works with non-profit partners, neighborhood groups and agencies to create housing and stabilize neighborhoods. Services include feasibility analysis, pre-development, and development of dwellings for ownership and rental.

Rent From PPL PPL manages nearly 900 units of affordable rental housing, located in a number of neighborhoods. PPL properties come with a wide range of free resident services. Building sizes range from duplex and four-plex to larger community complexes; many with three, four, or more bedrooms.

Other Housing Resources — An Emergency Housing Fund can help homeowners pay for small, needed repairs. PPL’s Property Management has been maintaining quality, affordable rental units for over 25 years.
