Housing Development

PPL brings thirty years and over 1,300 housing units of experience to projects. Our staff of eight is proficient in:

  • Working with neighborhoods and cities
  • Managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion
  • Assembling complex financing packages
  • Completing projects in a timely fashion and on budget

PPL works throughout the metro area, partnering with governments, businesses, and other non-profits to preserve or create new affordable housing and to revitalize neighborhoods.

PPL’s Development activities grow out of our dedication to provide quality affordable housing for families and individuals with a variety of incomes.

We are committed to projects that enhance the surrounding area while providing decent, safe, and affordable housing for our tenants and homebuyers.

We have successfully developed a wide variety of housing types:

  • Rehabilitated Apartment Buildings

PPL is committed to supporting residents’ self-sufficiency through its service-enriched housing. Our Self-Sufficiency Program services are available to all PPL tenants.
