Linden Park Condominiums
A mixed-income project in New Hope, MN.
Two buildings, one rental and the other for sale condominiums, were built on an empty, previously industrial site in New Hope. Approximately half affordable rental and half for sale units.
The rental building has 35, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. The for-sale building has 41 smaller units more tailored to the condo-buying market.
