Van Cleve Development is PPL’s largest development to date. It involves a redesign for the four-acre Bunge grain elevator site in southeast Minneapolis to create an economically-integrated area with opportunities for individuals who have experienced long-term homelessness to grow and succeed.
A total of 236 units will be created in Van Cleve – 85 rental and 151 for sale. Twenty of the rental units will house long-term homeless individuals served by Cabrini Partnership, PPL’s development partner. PPL will provide a variety of self-sufficiency services to the remaining residents.

| Partners: | Cabrini House assists persons who have completed alcohol or chemical dependency treatment to achieve stability in their lives. They operate a 22-unit facility near this proposed site and 20 units of scattered site rentals. They have an excellent track record, both as a treatment facility and with the neighborhood. |
