A fundamental strength of PPL is our commitment to develop and sustain quality affordable residential properties serving low- to moderate- income families and individuals through both new construction and renovation of existing structures.

PPL Affordable Housing and Development provides feasibility analysis, pre-development, development, and property management services throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area.

PPL Rental Housing is available throughout the metro area. Support through PPL's Human Services Division or a partner organization is available at all locations.

IN 2004, Affordable Housing & Community Development served 2,563 people PPL owns or manages 700 units of affordable rental housing, with on-site human services.
