PPL's Emergency Repair Fund

PPL’s Emergency Repair Fund serves disadvantaged, low-income homeowners.

Emergency Repair is a longstanding program that assists people with essential repairs that would otherwise threaten their homeownership. PPL arranges for the house repairs and pays 75% of the costs up to $500.

A broken door or leaking pipes can be an immediate threat to the stability and comfort of a homeowner. When ignored, small problems can also escalate into more costly repairs and create a major hardship for a household.

Common repairs include: faulty wiring, malfunctioning heating systems, leaking roofs, clogged drains, and broken doors and windows
