Property Management

PPL’s Property Management provides management to affordable and supportive housing projects.

Decent, affordable housing in safe, functioning communities is the bedrock for stable individuals and families and community participation. PPL’s Property Management Division ensures this by providing total property management services by experienced property managers and support staff.

We aim for on-site property management and work closely with in-house maintenance staff. Property managers build relationships with tenants. They represent and have experience with a wide range of tenant cultures, tenant incomes, and tenant self-sufficiency.

Our in-house maintenance crew has licensure to perform plumbing, electrical, and security work in addition to general interior and exterior preventative maintenance and overseeing apartment turns.

PPL’s Property Management Department is experienced in providing management to supportive housing projects.

Supportive housing is housing linked with services that serve the unique needs of the residents.

PMD begins with sensitivity to the unique population and building a strong partnership with service providers. Every supportive housing partnership is unique, requiring a close relationship with the service provider, a clear understanding of how responsibilities are shared, and explicit lines of communication. These partnerships have included different ownership structures and many partners.

PMD currently provides property management services supporting people in a variety of situations:

  • Single mothers with chemical dependency issues
  • Women recently released from incarcerations, being reunited with their children
  • Transitional housing for families with HIV/AIDS
  • Homeless Native Americans with chemical dependency issues
