Adair Campus Condominium Association provides supportive affordable housing to adults with cognitive disabilities with incomes at or below 30% of the area median income. It is a unique combination of ownership and rental housing options in a condominium structure.

We’re located in Robbinsdale close to shopping, on the bus lines and only a few blocks from the downtown Robbinsdale Metro Transit hub.
