- PPL Employment Skills Training is on the Move
(December 18, 2009) To improve our impact and make more resources available, PPL is consolidating our employment training services and resources into one central location at the Emma B. Howe PPL Learning Center, 1925 Chicago Avenue – not far from Loring Nicollet Community Center (LNCC). This change began in mid-December and will be complete by February 1, 2010.
