Ground Broken for “Green” Single-Family Home in North Minneapolis
PPL broke ground in January, 2010, for a new, “green” single-family home at 400 31st Avenue North.
The project will meet Minnesota Green Communities standards and will achieve LEED certification upon completion. Link to the press release
