PPL will develop a 44-unit apartment building at West Seventh and Springfield Street, in St. Paul, for family and workforce rental housing. Ten units will become home for formerly homeless families. The project is slated to be completed in July, 2011.
An area resident commented on the recent St. Paul City Council’s approval of PPL’s development site. “PPL does indeed have an effective and proven approach that is sustainable on all fronts. This particular project helps our neighborhood continue to support a diverse range of housing opportunities and people.
