Adair Campus Services
Adair Campus Condominium Association (ACCA) provides supportive affordable housing to adults with cognitive disabilities with incomes at or below 30% of the area median income.
Services and activities are voluntary for residents – the housing model is meant for adults with cognitive disabilities who are able to live independently with limited supportive services.
- A PPL service coordinator staffs the Adair Campus Resource Center four afternoons a week, providing referrals, advocacy, recreation opportunities, and individual assistance.
- An on-site Resident Manager is available to respond to emergencies after-hours and weekends.
PPL is also the Property Manager
