Updated Monday, March 16, 2020:
As of Wednesday, March 18, PPL offices, including the main Administration Building, the Career Center, and our Alternative High Schools will be closed until further notice.
Staff will be working remotely, with the exception of essential personnel in the Administration Building and key housing sites, and can be contacted via email.
The following PPL programs and events have been either canceled or postponed.
Ready for Success End of Season Sale (3/19 - 3/21) - CANCELED
Volunteer Appreciation Party (4/16) - POSTPONED
Annual PPL Fundraising Breakfast (5/6) - POSTPONED until the fall
LNAS & MERC Alternative High Schools - Buildings CLOSED per MPS school closures
Career Training Information Sessions (Mondays @ 9am) - CANCELED
Tutor-Mentor Volunteer Shifts (ongoing) - CANCELED
March Career Center Workshops (ongoing) - CANCELED
Resident Services (Scholars Tutoring, 12 Step Programming; ongoing) - CANCELED
Regarding future events - we will continue to monitor the situation and announce updates accordingly. Event guests and program participants will be updated as plans are finalized.
