Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers MLK Day 2013

PPL’s wide range of volunteer opportunities lets you share your talents and expertise to strengthen our community. Whether you are looking for a single-day opportunity or regular involvement, you will be making a positive impact in the community.

On your own

In a group

To schedule a group service project (current needs: landscaping, painting, cleaning, events, food/coat/cleaning product drives), contact Maci Bekele, PPL Volunteer Projects Coordinator, at (612) 455-5119 or fill out the form below.

Internships

PPL provides the opportunity for students to learn about housing development, public policy, social services, education, employment training, and youth programs through internships with direct service to participants or through projects with a program or department. Internships are unpaid and range from 8-20 hours weekly.

Please check back for future opportunities.
