Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers MLK Day 2013

PPL’s wide range of volunteer opportunities lets you share your talents and expertise to strengthen our community. In single-day projects or regular involvement in the lives of youth and adults, PPL volunteers help people help themselves.

Got a group?

  • To schedule your group for an upcoming service project, like landscaping or housing item donation drives, contact PPL Volunteer Projects Coordinator Elle Janss at 612.455.5214 or fill out the form below.

PPL provides the opportunity for students to learn about housing development, public policy, social services, education, employment training, and youth programs through internships with direct service to participants or through projects with a program or department. Internships are unpaid and range from 8-20 hours weekly.
