Tracy knows firsthand how your support of PPL makes life-changing opportunities possible. A donor himself, he also volunteers at the PPL Learning Center, using his professional expertise in human resources to help participants get jobs.
Tracy helped one woman who, as a recent immigrant, was unsure of what she had to offer the job market in a new country. Together they created a resume highlighting skills she gained developing businesses for women in her native country. To her surprise, but not Tracy’s, she got a job over more highly-educated candidates.
“It’s rewarding to help people unlock their potential and discover what’s already inside them,” Tracy said. “That’s the impact PPL has: we connect with people when they need help, help them realize their potential, and point them in the right direction.”
