Ready for
Success

Ready for Success serves women and men with lower incomes by providing professional clothing and accessories needed to secure employment with confidence.

Job seekers receive an individual appointment with a personal shopper to find professional attire and accessories that fit their personal preferences. Beyond providing apparel, clients are equipped with confidence that they carry into an interview and beyond.

1,508

jobseekers served in 2018.
Each year, Ready for Success empowers men and women to gain economic stability through employment and restore pride in themselves.

All appointments are made by referral through partner agencies only.

Contact your caseworker, employment counselor, or social worker to schedule an appointment today.

Not a partner? It's easy to connect, just call 612-872-1509.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24-hours in advance; if not, the referring agency will be charged a fee.

Cancel appointments online or by calling 612-872-1509 during business hours.
