Leadership Positions

Senior Director of Property Management

The Senior Director of Property Management is responsible for providing strategic direction to and supervision of property management operations across PPL’s portfolio of 1600 units of affordable housing and is responsible for ensuring PPL’s housing provides a positive resident experience, meets owners’ objectives, and complies with regulatory requirements. The Senior Director of Property Management must maintain a close working relationship with the Asset Management, Resident Services, and Real Estate Development in fulfilling these accountabilities.
