About the Program

How does the apprenticeship work?

Apprentices are Aon employees and earn full-time pay while they split their time between work and training/education. Apprentices spend 28 hours working and 12 hours learning each week. Apprentices receive raises every six months and higher pay at the end of their apprenticeship. This program is ideal for jobseekers who want to earn full-time pay while earning an associate's degree.

What skills and certifications will I obtain?

Over two years, you will earn a Business: Marketing and Management AAS degree from Normandale Community College, a customized degree program developed by Aon and Normandale. You will also earn a Human Resources Management Certificate from Normandale. Once you have completed your associate's degree, you may choose to continue your employment with Aon or pursue other career goals.

What other opportunities are included?

Your experience includes full wrap-around support from PPL, including financial and career coaching and access to other resources you may need to be successful.
