Building Operations Technician

The Building Operations Technician is a 10-month training program in which participants engage with curriculum and job shadow experience that will support them in becoming Maintenance Technicians in both residential and commercial sector.

  • National Retail Federation Customer Service
  • Mental Health & First Aid
  • OSHA 30
  • Special Boiler's License

What experiences & opportunities will I get?

Attend a 2-week job shadow to apply your learned classroom skills to in the field work! Explore and network with individuals working in the industry, gain valuable hands-on experience, and engage with employer partners in the community.

Qualifications for Participation

High school diploma or GED

At least 18 years of age

Legal to work in the United States
