About the Program
What jobs will I be prepared for?
This program will prepare you to be a Financial Advisor in training. You'll be prepared to interface with client investments, product sales, client relationship management and continued credentialing and developmental opportunities.
What skills and certifications will I obtain?
You will receive the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) Certification and Banking product knowledge.
What other opportunities are included?
You'll benefit from personal mentorship and job interviewing feedback from the bank managers who partner with us. Upon graduation, you'll interview with one of our employer partners: US Bank, Wells Fargo, MidWest One, TCF/Huntington, Ameriprise, Chase Bank and more.

Qualifications for Participation
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Legal to work in the United States
- Proficient math and reading skills
- 12+ months of customer service preferred
