Project for Pride in Living (PPL) President and CEO Karla Henderson delivered powerful testimony at the Minnesota House Housing Finance and Policy Committee hearing on Feb. 25 in support of HF3425, a critical bill responding to a growing crisis in supportive housing funding. The bill would redirect $9 million in already‑appropriated state dollars to stabilize organizations at risk due to sudden federal disruptions in HUD Continuum of Care funding—shifts that lawmakers have warned could create a dangerous “funding cliff” for programs that keep Minnesotans safely housed.

The House Housing Finance and Policy Committee approved the bill on a voice vote, sending it to the House Ways and Means Committee. Karla's testimony can be found in the link below and starts at 8:45 in the video.
