The bill would redirect $9 million in already‑appropriated state dollars to stabilize organizations at risk due to sudden federal disruptions in HUD Continuum of Care funding—shifts that lawmakers have warned could create a dangerous “funding cliff” for programs that keep Minnesotans safely housed.
