Minneapolis, MN - Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is proud to announce Faith Jackson as its new Associate Vice President of Equity and Talent Development.
Jackson has a track record of launching first-of-their-kind programs and taking on pioneering leadership roles. She joins PPL with more than a decade of cross-sector leadership in equity, organizational culture, workforce engagement, and community impact. She has an extensive background spanning government, nonprofit, and corporate environments- most recently serving as Director of Impact at Delta Dental of Minnesota.
Previously, she served as the Chief Inclusion and Engagement Officer for the City of Bloomington, where she built the city’s Office of Racial Equity and Belonging from the ground up. During her five-year tenure, she transformed how the organization approached hiring, service delivery, community engagement, and workplace culture. Her work strengthened recruitment and retention systems, increased workforce diversity at all levels, and established leadership accountability structures grounded in respectful workplace practices and trauma-informed leadership.
Her career also includes key roles in higher education, admissions, civil rights compliance, and employment law. Each opportunity strengthened her ability to cultivate inclusive, fair, and supportive environments where people can thrive.
“Faith is a visionary, strategic, and deeply people-centered leader. Her experience building equitable systems and supportive cultures will be invaluable as PPL continues to strengthen its commitment to belonging - for residents, participants, and staff alike,” said PPL’s Chief People Officer María Pabón Gautier. “Her cross-sector expertise and values-driven leadership align perfectly with where PPL is headed.”
In her new role, Jackson will lead PPL’s organization-wide strategy for equity, learning, employee engagement, and belonging - ensuring that PPL’s internal culture reflects its mission to help everyone achieve a place to live and a path to thrive. She will partner closely with Human Resources, program leadership, and staff across the organization to
foster a supportive, mission-aligned environment where employees feel valued, equipped, and empowered.
“PPL leads with courage and care, especially in times when equity work can feel challenged or misunderstood. The organization’s commitment to safe, resilient, and equitable communities mirrors exactly the kind of impact I want to build and sustain. I’m honored to join this team,” Jackson said.
Jackson holds a Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Tougaloo College. She brings additional expertise as a Project Management Essentials Certified professional, Technology of Participation (TOPs) Certified Facilitator, and Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®).
She has been recognized as a Minnesota Finance and Commerce Rising Young Professional, Minnesota Lawyer Diversity and Inclusion Award honoree, and one of Jackson, Mississippi’s Most Influential Young Leaders.
