The Williams is a transformative new development by Project for Pride in Living located along the East 7th corridor in Saint Paul’s Dayton's Bluff Neighborhood a few miles from Downtown Saint Paul. This four-story building will provide 60 affordable housing (subject to availability).

One and two-bedroom units at the Williams are available to prospective residents whose income is no more than 60% of St. Paul's Area Median Income (AMI), based on the number of people living in each household.
